James Benedict as John Grant, Elizabeth Anderson harpsichord and Ron Nagorcka didjeridu and synthesiser

Frustrated in love, John Grant shot a London lawyer in the buttock, and was sentenced to death at the Old Bailey. Granted a reprieve, he sailed for New South Wales on December 5th, 1803, bringing with him the first harpsichord ever to arrive on these shores.
